kje ti pastiram moja replika od eden foto portal kaj sto ja staviv fotografijata koj se nadovrzuva na prashanjeto /why che?!/

"I'll start off by clarifying the technical part: the dirt is intentional, and it was added during the process of developing the photograph. The negative is perfectly clean, but not as effective as this which you have now infront of you. The idea was to use analogue (conventional) technology, in order to get a sort of 'antique' spin to it. I'm still not sure about the chair being cur in half though, although that was the way I instinctivly captured the image and I kind of like the broken balance. The picture of Che on the wall, on the other hand, is put off-center on purpose - it's supposed to be imperfect. Che was not perfect! This now ventures into the other aspect of the photograph.. the conceptual part, or as you've called it - the story behind it.

I wanted to draw a parallel between the demonstrations that were happening on the streets of belgrade the day when I took this photograph. I don't think that this is a story told millions of times! On the contrary, this photograph portrays the crushing down of idols, not their levitation. This also goes for the people that were supposed to lead the reforms in Serbia, when in reality, none of their promises were fulfilled. The story behind this photograph is the story of fake revolutions and imperfect idols. "

Godh! You have a special technique of making photos look so old, that I could easily believe this is a shot from around let's say 1970!!

Nice, retro work!
